We cover
the whole Vallès.
From our workshop in Granollers we look after homes, shops and businesses right across the Vallès Oriental. Local technicians, call-out included and a free diagnosis. Pick your town:
Where we work
Granollers and the surrounding area. If your town isn't listed, give us a call: we almost certainly cover it too.
Remote work too
Websites, SEO, hosting, social media and remote support don’t depend on distance. Outside Spain we don’t do on-site installations.
How far we go, and why
It isn't a radius drawn on a map: it's how far we can travel, do the job and get back without the journey eating up the day.
Our workshop is in Granollers, and from here the Vallès Oriental is covered in full, and distance makes no difference. The towns with their own page are simply the ones with more to say, not a boundary: if you're in Parets, Montornès, Lliçà, La Roca or Montmeló, the answer is the same, call-out included. Beyond the Vallès we also go to Mataró and Vic, where travel is quoted separately. Ring us and we'll confirm it in a sentence.
A good deal of the work doesn't need anyone to go anywhere. A slow computer, email that won't come in, a backup that needs checking or a website that's gone down are all sorted remotely, which is quicker for everyone. We come out when the job is physical: cabling and networks, a rack, cameras, setting up new workstations or collecting a machine that has to be opened up in the workshop.
Each town's page isn't the same text with the name swapped. What changes is what we find there: a shop in the centre of Granollers, short on space and with shop hours, is nothing like a unit on an industrial estate in Les Franqueses, or an isolated house in La Garriga where the problem starts with a poor signal.
There are two ways to work with us, and both apply in any of these towns. The first is the one-off call-out: something breaks, we come, we fix it, and that's that until next time. The second is maintenance: a monthly fee instead of paying fault by fault, with your equipment checked and your backups monitored before anything fails. It usually pays off once you have a few workstations, because what you're paying for then isn't the repair: it's never having to call.
There's no need to decide now. Almost everyone starts with a specific call-out, and if you end up ringing every month, we'll talk it through properly.
We work the same way with home users and businesses, and the diagnosis is free either way: we'd rather come, take a look and tell you nothing needs doing than quote blind. If you're not sure which group you fall into, tell us what's going on and we'll sort that out.
