What you want to say
We talk about what the video is for: your website, social media, an advert or a record of the event. That decides the shots, the length and the formats.
Site survey
We check the location on the ENAIRE zone map: airspace, nearby aerodromes, urban areas or protected natural areas.
Permits and date
We handle whatever the area requires and fix a date with time to spare. With the permit in order, we fly; without it, we don’t.
Flight and filming
We film when the weather is on our side and the area is clear. If wind or rain make it unsafe to fly, we change the day.
Editing and delivery
We send you the edit to review and deliver the final version in the agreed formats via a download link.
What we won’t do, and why
A drone is an aircraft, and AESA’s rules are strict. We’d rather say no to a shot than land you in trouble.
We don’t fly over crowds
European rules don’t allow flying over gatherings of people without specific authorisation. At an event we film from the sides or over clear areas, and the shot still looks great.
Or where we shouldn’t
Near airports and aerodromes, such as Sabadell’s, or in certain natural areas, you either fly with authorisation or you don’t fly. We check before giving you a date.
Respect for privacy
We frame shots to show your business, not the neighbours’ windows. If someone ends up recognisable without wanting to be, they’re cropped out or blurred before publishing.
The weather decides
In strong wind or rain, the video comes out worse and the flight is less safe. We move the date rather than force a mediocre shoot.

Where do you work?+
Throughout Catalonia, and only in Catalonia. In Granollers, the rest of the Vallès Oriental and the Maresme, travel is included in the price. We also film elsewhere in Catalonia, but travel is quoted separately according to the distance, and we tell you before anything is agreed. We don’t take on drone filming outside Catalonia.Can you film my event?+
Almost always, with one condition: we don’t fly over the audience. European drone rules don’t allow flying over gatherings of people without specific authorisation, and at an event people move around. What we do is plan the shots from the sides or over areas that will be clear — the car park, the stage before the doors open, the venue from outside — and combine them with ground-level footage if needed. For most events that’s more than enough: the shot that impresses is the wide one, the one that shows the scale, and you can get it without flying over anyone. If your event needs something that can only be achieved by flying over the audience, we tell you when we quote rather than promising it and not delivering.Can you fly anywhere?+
No, which is why we survey the area before giving you a date. Three things change the plan: being close to an airport or aerodrome, which in the Vallès mainly affects the area around Sabadell; urban areas, where the flight has to be notified in advance; and protected natural areas, such as the Montseny, with their own restrictions. In some places a notification is enough, in others authorisation is needed, and in a few you can’t fly at all. We check on ENAIRE’s official map and explain what it means in your case: whether more time is needed, whether the price changes or whether it’s better to approach the video another way.How much notice do you need?+
One or two weeks is fine in almost every case. In open countryside, away from towns and aerodromes, it can be organised more quickly. In urban areas or near an aerodrome, the lead time is set by the permits, which have their own deadlines and don’t depend on us. For an event with a fixed date, the sooner the better: that leaves time to arrange whatever is needed and to have a back-up date in case the weather doesn’t cooperate. If you call us in a hurry, we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it, rather than saying yes and flying without the paperwork in order.What happens if it’s windy or raining?+
We change the day. We don’t fly in the rain, and in strong wind the drone moves, the footage comes out worse and the risk goes up, so forcing it makes no sense. We keep an eye on the forecast in the days before and, if it looks bad, we let you know in good time to find another date. For events, where the day can’t be moved, we discuss it beforehand: sometimes part of the filming can be done earlier — the empty premises, the exterior, the venue once it’s set up — leaving only the essentials for the day of the event. What we won’t do is hand you a shaky or grey video and say the weather wasn’t on our side.What exactly do I get?+
It depends on what you book, and it’s set out in writing in the quote. With aerial photography, a selection of edited high-resolution photos in the sizes you need for your website, your Google profile or social media. With video, the final edit with licensed music in a landscape version and a vertical 9:16 one, after one round of changes with you. Everything is delivered via a download link, so you can store it wherever you like. If you also want the raw clips to edit yourself or for another agency, tell us at the start and we’ll include them; it’s better to know before filming, because it changes how we film.Will people appear in the footage?+
We try to make sure nobody recognisable appears without knowing about it. An identifiable person in a video is personal data, and publishing it on a website or social media without their permission is a data protection issue, not just a matter of courtesy. That’s why we frame shots to show your business rather than the neighbour’s back garden, choose quiet times when the shot allows it and, if someone is recognisable, blur or crop them out before delivery. If you want your customers or your team to appear, great: in that case they should know and agree to it, and we’ll help you work out how to ask them.Can you combine it with my social media?+
Yes, and that’s where it pays off most. A single drone session gives you material for weeks: a main video, several short cuts for Reels or TikTok, and photos for your profile covers and your Google profile. If we already run your social media, the filming is planned with the calendar in hand, so each piece has its own place and date rather than everything going out in the same week.
