Do you handle social media too?

Yes, but as a separate service: you'll find it under social media management, with its own plans and pricing, from €290 a month. They're different things, which is why they're kept apart. This page is about brand: visual identity, logo, palette, typefaces and graphic pieces, including print. The other is ongoing management: content plan, posts, community and monthly reports. What usually happens, and what we recommend, is to build the identity here first and set up social media on top of it, so the content rests on an established brand instead of improvising the style post by post. You can do it the other way round, but you end up redoing work: anything posted before the brand existed looks out of place once it arrives. If you take on both, they're coordinated.

Do you create the content yourselves?

Yes. We plan, design and write: you approve and we deliver. That said, there's one part we can't supply ourselves, and it's the part that shows most, so it's worth saying up front. Your own material —photos of your premises, your team, finished jobs, how you really work— is what sets one brand apart from another. Stock photos are obvious, and it shows in the results: they're the same images your competitors use. What we ask for is access: a photo shoot, or simply letting us spend a while with a phone while you're at work. From that we build up your own image library that lasts for months. We provide the copy and the design; the real raw material is yours.

Do you work with local businesses?

It's our strong point, and that's not just a slogan: we're based in Granollers and work with businesses across the Vallès Oriental, so we know the area. That changes specific decisions. We know which local fairs and festivals bring in customers and when they fall, which industrial estates and streets have which kind of business, and which references someone from here understands without needing them explained. It also means we can come and take the photos, see your premises and understand the business in person, rather than working over video calls with a company you'll never put a face to. For a local brand that's worth more than a big Barcelona studio: your brand has to speak to the people walking past your door. And if your customers are local, the material comes in Catalan too at no extra cost.

How do you measure results?

With clear reports, and by separating what gets seen from what gets paid for. On the brand side the indicators are slower and more qualitative than in advertising: recognition, consistency across pieces, whether people identify your business without reading the name. What can be measured well is usage: how many pieces have been produced, whether the identity is really being applied on your premises, your vehicles, your quotes and your social media, or whether it ended up as a PDF in a folder. If we also run your social media or campaigns, then there are hard numbers —reach, engagement, messages, visits and customers coming in— and we compare them with what they bring to the business, not just with what goes up. The report arrives every month, written in plain English with no words you'll need to look up.
